I have been through all of this many times before. The market is falling to absolutely absurd levels—based on the value of discounted future earnings—real cash flow.

Why is that?????  Thousands of investors are making decisions to sell for purely emotional reasons.   I have never made, or known of, any decision that was made emotionally to work to the advantage of the person making said decision.

I HAVE KNOWN FOR MANY YEARS THAT YOU ABSOLUTLEY NEVER GET A REALLY LARGE MOVE UP IN STOCK PRICES UNTIL YOU HAVE DRIVEN ALL THE EMOTIONAL SELLERS OUT AT THE BOTTOM.  AFTER ALL…WHO IS LEFT TO SELL???

In order to make a real firm and substantial bottom, you need to put two feet down to be more stable and hold a larger load.  I warned about this in the note about champagne a short while ago.

Don’t let the guys on Wall Street pick your pocket…take money from them instead.

God is in his heaven and all is right with the world.

Be assured that we are watching everything and expect the up move to be better than originally thought, simply because of recent price action.

Kind regards,

Jack
